- You can return your products within 14 days after you received the order.
WARNING ! Items purchased during sales, or at a discount (excluding first order promo code) are not eligible for returns in accordance with our T & Cs. If a product on sale is still returned, it will not be refunded or returned to the customer.
- All returned items will be inspected. They must be new, non used, in their initial state and with the original labels. Any product that shall be incomplete, damaged, used, or dirty cannot be returned or exchanged. If you’re not certain to keep your product, we invite you to manipulate it carefully in order to avoid scratches or color transfer.
Returns are at your expense EXCEPTED IF there is manufacturing defect or error on our part in the preparation of your order.
To return your order, we invite to follow the steps below:
1) Send an email to email@example.com and precise in the mail object “Return” and indicate the product you are returning, your order number, your first and last name.
Note: we will not respond to the email if there is nothing to report.
2) Complete the return form available at the bottom (or click here) with your order number. Don’t forget to put the form back in your package.
3) Go to your online post office website to prepare your return label that you pay yourself, or directly at the post office. The return address is:
